Join certified Fitness Boxing and Fit Strike Instructor Patty Williamson for a class that includes non-contact boxing, strengthening and stretching. Patty is also a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. This class is for all levels, but is geared specifically for people with mobility issues such as Parkinsons, Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, joint replacements, artificial limbs or any condition that makes movement more challenging. Class is adaptive, meaning it can be done in a chair (provided), wheelchair, or standing.
A combination of conditioning and skills training including heavy bag,speed bag and focus mitt work. Wrist wraps required and available for purchase at your first class. Gloves are provided and also available for purchase.
Join Annie for a calming, grounding, stress-relieving class to stretch and strengthen the body gradually. Emphasis is on building awareness of the breath and the body. Asanas, or poses, are practiced at a slower pace with attention to alignment. Recommended for all levels seeking a soothing, relaxing and restorative experience, especially those newer to yoga or those working with special concerns or injuries.
A series of postures done in a heated room to facilitate maximum flexibility and detoxification. This class is a mixture of static and flowing poses and is suitable for most levels.
Power down after a long day at work with a fun, energetic flow, then wind down with a smooth relaxation.
Simple, basic, effective stretching for all levels.
A gentle class great for all levels (suitable for people with physical limitations). Emphasis is on form, breath, and the therapeutic aspects of yoga. Come stretch and strengthen your body, and feed your soul in a safe class that welcomes everyone.
A rigorous and challenging vinyasa flow to kick-start your day. (Some basic knowledge of yoga recommended). This class is not suitable for those with serious injuries or issues.
A fun and inspired all-level flow in a warm room!
