Patty is also a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. This class is for all levels, but is geared specifically for people with mobility issues such as Parkinsons, Multiple Sclerosis, Rheumatoid Arthritis, joint replacements, artificial limbs or any condition that makes movement more challenging. Class is adaptive, meaning it can be done in a chair (provided), wheelchair, or standing.
A combination of conditioning and skills training including heavy bag,speed bag and focus mitt work. Wrist wraps required and available for purchase at your first class. Gloves are provided and also available for purchase.
